Upload to a site that hosts pictures like TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

Then when it is hosted click on the insert image in the men bar then paste the tinyoic address into the url box box.

Basically, you can't. All you can do is refer to a URL containing your message hosted on another domain or within the DR1 photo space. What ever happened to drag and drop??
