just bought a 2 story house in charles de gaulle santo domingo este: price RD$2.7 But the house needs renovation. I have been quoted 20.000 pesos for the renovation architectoral plan and RD$216.000 pesos as a minimum labourcost for a inginiero to participate in the renovation. This price is only for his participation and not for the labour of other workers participating in the construction neither materials. So i am looking for quotes from different constructors in order to be able to compare. I found this advertisement on a dominican advertisement-web. I would like to here your opinion about this advertisement. Is this a reasonable price for the block of 8"?
