RE: Varnish (Barniz), I use the Marine grade.
It depends how close you are to the ocean.

Wood Stain
Can anyone recommend the best wood stain and clear varnish available in most ferreteria's?
It's to spruce up some windows, inside and out.
Many thanks

Sikkens (marine grade) is far and away the best you can get, regardless of how near or far you are from the ocean.
