I'm coming to the DR for a week and need to buy a sim and voice+data plan for my smartphone. It looks like Claro has a plan named 'Smart 2' that might work for me, the question I have is are these plans available for prepaid sims and if not what prepaid sim plan would someone on here recommend? Thanks in advance.
