PLEASE ONLY ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BELOW IF YOU HAVE ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE/HAVE SUCCESSFULLY LEFT THE ISLAND SINCE JUNE 1, 2012 AFTER STAYING FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS AND WITHOUT HAVING A CEDULA/RESIDENCY

1) Did you have any problems leaving the Dominican Republic?

2) Was not having a Cedula/Residency the reason for the problem?

3) We're you threatened with Deportation/Fine at the airport?

4) If there was an issue - did you resolve it - how?

Again, I ask only people who have been on the Island for more than 60 days, without having Resideny or a Cedula and who HAVE attemped to leave to asnwer the post.

My neighbors in El Neptuno--husband, wife and daughter--flew to Bermuda on Thursday without difficulty. They don't have cedula/redidency and have been here since July. They are returning to the DR in 3 weeks.

The reason you have not received more answers is :

These are nonsense questions. If you overstayed your 60 day visa there might have been an insignificant fine.

Nothing more...the new regulations are not in effect yet.

I left on Jun 3rd I had been in the DR since Feb. No fine no charge NADA.
