Default Why Ho Yeow Kwai bo taiji bo tiok charge ??
Anybody else find this very strange? any legal experts care to explain? Isnt she considered an accessory/partner in crime too? She is the recipient/beneficiary of the entire $24M ill-gotten gains knowingly. And being in a fiduciary relationship with her husband, its an understatement to say she must have masterminded and participated in it too. If those 4 lesser staff can kana, how come this fugly butch is immune from justice ??

Cant be leh, we are talking about 2 years of very thorough investigation started in 2010, only 5 of them named. The pecking order should be, Kong Hee=ace of spades, Yeow Kwai=queen of heart, the other 4 are just small numbers

Yeow Kwai is probably spared because she does not owe a fiduciary duty to the church in the sense that she is not sitting in the board of directors.

yes but she is a member of the church charity committee too and more importantly, her relationship with her husband. this is a very clearcut case of following the money trail, given her position and nature of relationship with husband, its very obvious the whole hanky panky has been hatched by the hubby-wife crooks tagteam

Horse face need Con hee to implicate her but would this ace of spade con man , do it to lessen his involvment?

No, this con man wants to put out a false message that 'he does not have the heart' to do so.

As for his other devislish helpers, their claw prints are all found on the money trail!

Horse did not leave any hoof imprint so to nap her, you need real evidence besides pillow talk & hear say of the obvious!

You're probably correct. Section 109 deals with the abetment, and it doesn't require the existence of a fiduciary relationship.

if 2 persons commit a crime, taking the rap doesnt apply. she cannot claim to NOT know where the $24M come from, we are not talking about $240 or $2400 here but systematic siphoning of millions over a very long period of time

10 years she lived in LA song song not sure whether she pursued her singing career there or just eng eng party party there. by rite she shd be charged as well for receiving public money to support her lifestyle. if i were the prosecutor, i wd challenge the court to bring her name in as well... misappropriation of public money for her own lifestyle is a major crime committed.

lets say if the 30,000 fanatics say that they gave their consent for their money to be used to maintain the Yeow Kwai's lavish lifestyle, what then? still guilty or not?

when a prosecutor charges the offender, he/she has to provide evidence to support his/her defence. the onus is on the offender.
