Negative Reputation Conspiracy

OK, since we haven't done anything consiracy like in a good while, why don't we take our good friend "William Lumbergh" and run his reputation into the ground. Shiner and Company have been whor*** for positive reputation, so let's have William whor*** the other way.

This conspiracy is really taking off...Billy boy has turned red. As soon as the system will let me ding him some more I will.

I just hope nobody is giving him positive rep out of sympathy.
