According to satellite imagery, the address of the phone number he posted is an empty field near what appears to be a commercial area with only a handful of spread out buildings.
Granted the maps are a few yrs old, so a house could have been built on that location since then, but I’m guessing since he claims to use a handle to protect his family, that he also is using a phone that isn’t registered on the up & up.

Dave von Kleist swears all the footage for this video came to him from fans who saw it live on TV and managed to capture it on video.
