well this Euro will remain in memory for 2 things
1rst is the Euro with the worst referees, indeed from the last 7 Euro I have seen, it is worst since every second game referees are terrible, and evey 4 game are just so ... that you want to kick them. 2nd is the newspaper headlines about Greece and Germany, the 2 teams will meet at Friday night, but from Saturday night 6 days before the newspaper drop 'oil' in the fire, interesting is what Bild, and some newspapers from Frankfurt and Hamburg say, yet the Greeks started even from the game with Russia by the sport-caster. no matter people should not connect politics with Athletics, sometimes you can not avoid it. Lets see and have fun everybody, is a game, and our lives should not depend of this, but since temperature of the game is very hot lets live the moment with the feelings and thrill that only football can transfer in some newspapers it seems that Mercel invite Samaras to watch the game together, but that is not a good advice since both are not very popular for Greeks considering that Samaras did not even manage to score the less % of his party ever had. (-7.5% after 2 elections) http://resources.sport-fm.gr/supersp.../20/143836.jpg http://www.inews.gr/11/soible-tha-ni...nia-me-3-1.htm a video made by Deutsch people http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NR6R...layer_embedded http://www.inews.gr/176/kanonika-sto...a---ellada.htm The video is funny, made Monty Pythons So lets have fun, sing yell jump dance smile cry and every thrill football can give. a made in Greece foto |

well this Euro will remain in memory for 2 things However here is one referee who usually makes me smile because of how he handles situations. Welsh referee Nigel Owens ( he`s actually a pretty good ref ). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXoBN...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvhhd...eature=related |

That is sadly what happens when you mix sports and politics. The Euro tournament has been awarded to Poland and Ukraine in a bid to promote their membership and potential membership within the EU. Awarding a major sports tournament has now become a political statement, it comes with high responsabilities and can lead to a disastrous miscalculation of the risk vs reward factor (Olympics in Athens for example). In the South Africa Soccer World Cup, it proved to be a fantastic showcase for the country, however, boycotting the competition is the best way to reinforce and radicalise the Ukrainian regime (and therefore pushing Ukraine further back into Moskow's sphere of influence). Sports should remain apolitical, and my money is on Spain winning the final against Germany again...
