I don't support the whalers by any means, but it is an obvious lie that the Sea Shepards were standing still. The Japanese video clearly shows the boat making its own FORWARD wake, and that they were playing chicken with the Japs. Crappy actions from both sides really..[thumbdown]

I fully support japanese whaling, the conservation societies lie so badly about the endangered species crap... The Japanese are hunting species that are not endangered, and hunting them in quantities that aren't going to cause the species to become endangered.

EDIT: BTW, in this case the fishing vessel has right of way, and the motor boat is supposed to stay out of its way. It is in no way the fishing boats fault.

Well, the first video clearly shows, that Japanese ship steered hard to the right to ram the CarbonFibre boat.

If they hadn't done that, they would have gone by.

And, after they were rammed and clearly damaged, they water gunned them to inflict further harm to the people on board.

Further, Japanese were whaling in AUS territorial waters, where, as far as I'm aware, it's forbidden.
