Compare him to Tsukuyomi and Tsukuyomi is a male card...besides, I generally have a 'feeling' about card genders and I am usually correct.

It's a woman who one day hopes to afford the surgery to become a man. Unfortunately, the only doctor who can perform the surgery is Kozaky, so she's reluctant for obvious reasons.

I think its a guy. looking closely, the card seems to have pecs instead of breasts and, though it is effeminate, the armor is likely only so flashy and bejeweled due to the ice barrier set's design. Also, the face is that of a guy.

Master and Mistress as terms speak for themselves. Master didnt originally mean someone who has exceptional skill in something, but it used to mean young male, typically a minor, of royal decent.
