Try Camembert

Steer clear of Dutch hard cheese. They're boring and taste of rubber. Yak. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/frown.gif

Smoked cheese is all right, but it's high time you developed a blue cheese habit. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...milies/nod.gif

Roquefort, Stilton, Bleu de Gex, Haut-Jura, Danish Blue, but least of all is Gorgonzola which I hate. Try them all, but go to a store who will let you have a little of all before deciding what to buy a decent amount of. http://www.discussworldissues.com/im...ons/icon14.gif

Honestly, other then used occasionally on salad I haven't had blue cheese. What do you recommend?
Try Cambozola, It's a cross between Camembert and Gorgonzola invented by the Germans in the '70s...http://www.discussworldissues.com/im...ons/icon14.gif

That looks good, if you're livestock. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...milies/nod.gif
