I always liked MarkG. I forgot my password once back in 2000 and he had no problems helping me firsthand, even though i didn't have many posts under my belt. When it happened again in 2004 I got hold of Dan and he was less than cooperative.

MarkG is a programmer Dan was the PolyCast guy. MarkG could fix any problem on the old site with his eyes closed, while Gramphos was (and still is?) the lifeblood of this site under Dan.

When DanQ stepped down i was seriously hoping that Markos would take back over, when we got Cybershy (a better programmer than Dan but not on the levels of MarkG,) HANDPICKED by Solver (a guy i REALLY cant stand) to boot, I was a bit disappointed ill admit.

even better, reward asher admin rights to apolyton and just be done with it, i'm sure it has been just an amazing coincidence that every admin he has dealt with in here has been such an unbelievable douchebag towards him

i've always thought that it was a standard policy in every internet forum to auto-ban members who create public threads about PMs they receive from admins re: punishable forum behaviour? oh well, looks like we will have more personal drama in this thread. yay, how wonderful.

Whose DL is Princess Peach then? Plomp didn't just randomly ban him/her? As for Asher, while he is less than pleasant to deal with at his worst, he'd be a huge loss for the site if he did go away.
