Nah, there are some-odd two-dozen forms of hearsay that are valid evidence not to mention the 807 catchall for peculiar indicia of reliability, but an 801(d) admission against interest is unique in the sense that it's considered "nonhearsay by rule" as opposed to a hearsay "exception." In any event his posts wouldn't be enough to convict of course; they would just corroborate whatever other evidence they find as a result of the tip.

Everybody gets this wrong; a true DanS is when you edit a post within that short time frame during which your edit won't be reflected by a "Last edited by" tag, such that you can clarify a dumbass post into a smart one and get away with people thinking it was smart all along. To master the DanS is truly an art form quite above me, as my last post makes clear.

actually, the crime is the cops wasting time and taxdollars chasing pot smokers while Habib and his buddies are looking to hijack planes. This improper (and immoral) allocation of funds makes Americans less safe, along with the countries we've blackmailed into fighting our drug war - like Mexico.
