Magnets 'can modify our morality'
That's what the BBC wants you to think.
|
I was thinking of volunteering for a NIDA study that used magnets to discourage nicotine addiction. Same principle.

I don't think letting loved ones walk across an unsafe bridge is immoral as such. Just really stupid. If it were "would you endanger a random stranger's life in exchange for a million bucks," that would be more of a moral question. So, does exposure to magnetic-field experiments cause scientists to misunderstand the meaning of morality?
But I think the zapping-brains-with-magnets field, whatever they're currently calling it, is fascinating in general. |
