Hello, bonjour, guten tag, ciao, ola ... and the rest. (Sorry)
I'm thinking of going home to the UK for the summer (from Japan) and I'm thinking of visiting a European country or two whilst I'm back. I was thinking maybe Belgium and/or somewhere else. My question is, being European I believe it's OK for me to just enter the another European Union country for a few days without any problems - I've even heard I may not even need my passport (though obviously I'll take it with me anyway). I'm just wondering if there's anything I need to prepare before hand. I have a Japanese visa and will have to get a re-entry permit when I leave but I hope going to other countries wont mess this up - I'm sure it wont. I'm just asking now as I'll soon be buying a ticket home for the summer. Thanks. |
