Enjoy your divorce court summons, DF. Well, now that we've heard from the tapeworm community: I kind of like married sex. Of course, I haven't had unmarried sex, but I imagine that it's less common when you're not actually living with the woman.

Think hard. Since Texas is not a no-fault divorce state (assuming your homewreckee hasn't been separated for 3+ years), you could be summoned to testify as to whether alleged adultery actually occurred. Since it's civil you could probably ignore the summons if you're a certain distance away (typically a 100-mile radius), or you could always perjure yourself, but in any event it's usually a hassle not worth having.
