Costco is great for liquor. Costco's house brand Kirkland sells Grey Goose vodka under the house name for like 30% less while Kirkland Champagne is Piper Heidsick also sold for 30% less. Actually, just about everything under the Kirkland name is made by a major brand name leader but sold at much less; I especially like their jeans which are made by Calvin Klein.

When people in Quebec go to the liquor store, do they say "I'm going to go to the sack?" Just wondering how SAQ is pronounced...

Yes, pronounced exactly like that. Although many people just spell it out.

I hadn't ever compared for scotch or liquors but I remember seeing reports that our wine selection was overpriced compared to Ontario.
