Default Question about food and hunger
Why is it that I can eat a normal meal in the morning or a large meal and it can last me the entire day (like 7am till 10pm or longer) even when I run around and do a lot of stuff. Yet I can eat a HUGE meal before bed (Like two KFC Ultimate Burger meals and a quarter pounder meal from McDonalds) and wake up with bad hunger pains.

It confuses me as I don't gain any weight and I barely sweat. So where the hell does all the food go. Also I'm by no means fat. I way less then 80Kg and I'm 6ft and 19 years of age and I eat meals suited for a family of 5. I even eat my gf's meals after she is done and unable to finish it.

Does your body like pile it up, compress it so it doesn't show and wait till your thyroids are f*cked up then inflates it making you go fat really fast?

You feel hungry the next morning because you've stretched your stomach with a big meal, and you've digested the food which is now in your intestines/anus.

If you ate a normal meal for dinner, you wouldn't have this problem.

Happens to me if I had a boat load of food for dinner. Next morning I feel very hungry. I just fend it off and eventually the hunger pangs go.

If your working/active for a large amount of time without eating your maybe burning any fat you have, because you havent eaten for ages and your body has used up all it carbohydrates.
