Why is it that I can eat a normal meal in the morning or a large meal and it can last me the entire day (like 7am till 10pm or longer) even when I run around and do a lot of stuff. Yet I can eat a HUGE meal before bed (Like two KFC Ultimate Burger meals and a quarter pounder meal from McDonalds) and wake up with bad hunger pains.
It confuses me as I don't gain any weight and I barely sweat. So where the hell does all the food go ![]() Does your body like pile it up, compress it so it doesn't show and wait till your thyroids are f*cked up then inflates it making you go fat really fast? |

You feel hungry the next morning because you've stretched your stomach with a big meal, and you've digested the food which is now in your intestines/anus.
If you ate a normal meal for dinner, you wouldn't have this problem. Happens to me if I had a boat load of food for dinner. Next morning I feel very hungry. I just fend it off and eventually the hunger pangs go. |
