Default Estate Agents are Vermin and should be hunted down and exterminated
Some may have seen my previous post on whether to remove my property from the market after I received an offer from a buyer who asked for it to be removed from sale, I phoned the other agents the property was on with and asked for it to be removed from sale or listed as "sold subject to contract",

One of the agents (we'll call them Agent Scum) advised me not to remove it until the contract is confirmed as our buyer could pull out at anytime, which I kind of agree'd on, Suddenly Agent Scum came up with another buyer, all a bit convenient I thought as we hadn't had a viewer from them for about 3 months

I have just had a call from the agent we sold through saying the buyer is in a bit of a state as they've just been called by Agent Scum, (who had previously advised me not to remove the property from the market) and had been advised to continue looking for other properties as they had explicit instructions from me not to remove the property and to actively market it again.

What a bunch of Vermin, these scumbags could have lost me a sale just because it wasn't sold through them.

Obviously my statement of hunting and killing all estate agents may be a little general and maybe all of them aren't total scumbags but I'm shocked even an estate agent would use tactics like this when a sale isn't made through them, and the mad thing is it seems like they thought I wouldn't find out.

I've just phoned Agent Scum and advised them in my not so polite manner to get the house of the market and I want to know who advised my buyer of this and what they are going to do about it as I'd like to take this further.

Surley for an Estate Agent to do this would be breaking some kind of law or in some way a breach regulations.

[ban]Estate Agents

End of Rant
