Lori, I don't envy you. Problem is, even if you limit yourself to thread titles, it will only result in a need to maintain eternal vigilance and swift corrective action. And for what? To make people who can't write or don't care (or are ESL) look more intelligent/thoughtful/educated than they are? It's a fool's mission.
