even though he seems drunk, he admits he shot people like he would an animal...why isn't he in jail?

It's a shame that I've watched this video and the admitted behaviour of those people doesn't surprise me, but I suspect it'd be very hard to pin people down to individual crimes once you told them they had to talk about it in court.

Out of interest, and at risk of taking this into Throwdown territory, would I be correct in assuming that your outrage at "free racism" (as mentioned in the thread title) doesn't refer to the black guy at the end? You know, the one who basically said he now plans to distrust the "majority" of white people?

as if he doesn't got a good enough reason? that's on him. I can't tell what to do. he was shot at by supposedly normal-looking white people I'm pretty sure he didn't know would actually shoot him like that. watching the video I also know that not EVERY black person didn't do anything wrong. I'm sure ANYBODY probably tried to steal something during that time, but in that video it seems people were being shot just for walking. how do are you supposed to protect against that? retaliate, especially, if nobody else is going to do anything about it. sorry, that's my initial thought if I had one of my best friends or family shot down just because they were walking doing absolutely nothing.

considering his mindset and the situation, I can understand where he's coming from, but people aren't supposed to hold everybody else accountable for someone's actions. that's human nature of being paranoid, I guess. of course, he's going to be paranoid from that point on, because somebody supposedly shot him for no reason. but I really don't think it's an impossible task to find who actually shot people like they were animals. I have a feeling that bastard sitting on the car that admitted that isn't hidding, they just aren't even looking for him.
