It is cheaper and it does work though air bombardment works much better. It has a longer striking range, is more precise, and uses less manpower since you don't need extra units to keep those SPAs safe. Really SPA is only useful in a massive ground war like WW2 which really isn't going to happen in the for seeable future. Like armor they're still needed but in the most likely conflicts (I.E. 1st world kicking the crap out of some 3rd world country) not so much.

I'm still appreciative that you took the time to learn a good language so you can speak with us. I learned your language in school, nearly 20 years ago (so it pretty much sucks now), because that was the language of enemy. The idea was that it will make interogation of English speaking invaders much easier.
