I would eat a cloned animal regardless of price (unless they were MORE expensive). One presumes cloned animals would be cloned from GOOD stock, so you'd be ensured of getting a quality steak

I highly doubt we'll have "cloned" animals for food anytime soon - it's very, very unlikely it would be better or cheaper than the normal way of making baby cows, and it doesn't grow up any faster.

I have a suspicion that a good deal of vegetables are essentially cloned. Seedless grapes, for starters.

All vegetables commercially available - including organic - are cloned for all intents and purposes, although they are not cloned in the same way Dolly was. Plants are easier to clone

Of course I'd eat a cloned animal. The scare is about genetically modified stuff, not cloning (making a copy).
