Richardson says she became frightened when she saw the fawn in her garden on June 15 and had meant to shoo it away with the shovel. This was a FAWN. Although you could still take a hoof... it's not like it was going to attempt to gore her.. and it's A DEER. You'd think being from Ohio she would be like "oh look, a deer" and then shoot it and cook it for dinner.
