I can see this camera being used for tons of applications...Im curious to see what happens when this camera goes online for researchers everywhere.

The new camera is so fast that it can produce a slow motion video of a burst of light traveling from the length of one-liter water bottle, bounce off the cap and travel back to the bottom of the bottle.
I want to see more light moving! I WANT TO SEEEE!

How do they do it? I think it is cool, but I'm a little dumbfounded.

Seeing light move in slow motion is pretty epic though.

more like lots of little camera's took lots and lots of photo's over and over and over again until they were able to piece together light photons as they move. That one trillion frames a second is highly misleading. It is a tricked up effective rate. Still cool tho.

Personally I think that that if you can capture the movement of a beam of light in slow motion then you're entitled to call it a trillion frames per second.

You also think that wearing a purse and drinking an ostentatious fruity drink is acceptable behavior.
