I am not 100% but they may be able to get her for unfit for duty as in being a stripper with those she is training may cause them to not pay full time attention.

Off the top of my head Article 92 comes to mind (Failure to obey a Lawful order)

Article 108 subpart 3 willfully causes lost of govermnet property..perhaps by posing she knowingly took away her contractual obligations, i.e. her paid training and such down the drain because she did this act

Article 134 is a catch all

Bottom line you are in military 24-7 and are the property of the U S Government.

The saddest thing about all this is that the military is once again lowering their standards and are now letting in convicted criminals in certain circumstances. Ex-cons can be uniform but a good NCO who poses for tasteful nudity gets kicked out? No wonder the military is having such difficulty.

From home to duty and back. Class "A" uniform is different. The blues.
Given that, naturally they don't want any uniform referenced in Playboy.
