You guys should try eating strong cheese with wine. It makes a nice difference in taste and the smell is not as bad. The whiter the cheese the less smell it will have normally. But the darker the cheese, the worst it's gonna smell. It's amazing how people treat bacteria on spoiled milk.
I like a lot of different cheeses. Most are actually home made from Portugal. But my everyday favorite is Swiss. It goes with everything. |

I absolutely despise that yellow individually wrapped "American" Cheese. It is an insult to all cheeses. Is it even made with milk? And what is this "Cheese Food" you always see printed on the side of the packages? are they feeding something to the cheese?
Sorry man, but I much preffer my chees in chuncks, and the stinkier the better (I do have a soft spot for a gouda call Primadona). |

well, first off I hate cheese food. What the hell is that? That's the equivalent of making a Fiero-based Diablo kit car and trying to sell it for $50,000 except worse. It tastes horrible. I can't stand it. Who's stupid idea was cheese food anyway?
Coming in a close second will be feta cheese. Not only does it taste like crap, it smells like a dying skunk to boot. Too bad that's the only kinda cheese they had when I was in Israel. God, that stuff is horrid. |
