Comments in red.

My senior year schedule which is absolutely suck but w/e:

P1: AP Government
P2: AICE Photography (bs class, we do nothing)
P3: Concert Band
P4: AP Statistics (boring)
P5: AP Psychology
P6: AP English Lit (A?)
P7: AICE Thinking Skills (another relatively bs class)

Don't bother asking what AICE is. Look it up if you're curious.

And before you say anything, I already took Calc AB, BC and Physics B. And Compsci A.

P4: AP Statistics (boring)
I took Stats last semester and liked it. In fact, I liked it so much that I decided to major in it.

Haha, well I guess we can't all have the same likes. I'm taking Stats because it's the only math class left that I can take, but so far it's...eh. It's just not really my thing; I'm more into Calculus-math and stuff like that. :x Teacher is really nice though.

They just call it Physics B here -shrug-. And I have a ton of transportation and timing issues and whatnot, so I couldn't get a dual-enrollment into a nearby college for Calculus 3 or something similar. Stats is the only math class I haven't taken that's offered at my school so...yeah. Though I would probably have taken it anyways.

I got screwed out of taking a couple of classes I wanted due to a combination of teachers leaving and administration screwing up my stuff.

It is a bit tedious for some people, so I guess your not liking it is justified.

Pretty much, and you seem to be pretty proactive. I actually regret not busting my ass off during high school. I only started putting effort into school after I realized how expensive it is to go to my school.

well then! How did you manage to get into all those math classes in just high school?

here this is the typical course; algebra 1 -> geometry -> algebra 2 -> pre-cal

I went; algebra 1 -> geometry -> algebra 2 -> trig in the summer -> skipped to calc. BC is being offered for the first time this year

stats is offered her as well but is generally looked as one of the meh classes to take

that sucks did you take ap english lang?

yeah it just hit me 11th grade which is why im taking everything colleges love to see (enough AP's to look distinguished, a sport so i dont look like a total n00b, and an art class to look like im well-rounded). i just need to get my SAT up to the 2000 mark and i am pretty sure i can get in to all the schools i want to. (hopefully) i passed 2 AP tests so that should fare well for me. id like to go to Berkeley but the tuition there is 54k, and quite frankly, id like to pay as least i can

There's always scholarships. If you're particularly excellent, which I'm sure you are, you can get a free ride. Not exactly sure how, since I don't know anyone like that, but I have heard of it happening.

5th grade: "6th grade math"
6th grade: Day 1-3: "7th grade math"
Day 4-end of first quarter: Pre-Algebra
Rest of the school year: Algebra I Hon
7th grade: Geometry I Hon
8th grade: Algebra II Hon (it was an online course, me and like five other kids in the school had it, but we would never actually do work during that period lol).
9th grade: Precalculus
10th grade: AP Calculus AB
11th grade: AP Calculus BC

No I did not take English Lang. Administration screwed up my class requests, and when I tried to get it changed, they said all the classes were full. Go figure. I took AICE English instead -shrug-.

Look into scholarships. Especially the ones that the schools will offer to you to get you to go to their school.

Also trying to up my SAT score but...XD. Good on extracurricular stuff, I have four years in band so that'll look good and all.

EDIT: Pawn should stop lurking and post lol.

Second semester I have Wednesday-Sunday free, only two days of school. But first semester I have 7 hours of continuous classes which sucks hard, but I figure its worth it. Takes me about 1.5~ hours to get to school, so when I have to go to school for one class which is an hour long it makes me rage since its about 3 hours of sitting on the bus.

Doing a double major in Political Science and Economics.

I'm only in Advanced Java Fundamentals right now - I do my schooling online and it's easier to just marathon one course at a time
