Dude get the hell out with this brain washing BS. This is probably the worst part of religion right here, there is no "seeing the light" when it comes to crap like this...
"why didn't you tell me how to become a CHRISTIAN?! I thought we were friends!" Are you kidding me? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! what kind of bull is this? Religion using scare tactics to coax people into turning to what they think is right, something that Christianity and its sisters religions, Catholicism, Judaism, Muslim, they all have a track record of doing, though by a lot more forceful ways in the past, you know your history. Please don't start trying to "show the light" to people here, this is a forum for card games and other random BS and religious recruiting is kind of bad(for lack of a better phrase). |

eh you see what your mind tells you to see. to me the video hits home as i wonder everyday what if i dont say something to someone that i should have and they die suddenly. point being it doesnt say "run quick and get religion". it makes you think what would be the last thing you tell someone before they die.

No Kramer, this is the kind of thing that the video wants you to think, but in reality it's attempting to recruit people through tactics that include fear and paranoia and let's think about it, there has never been an instance to where this situation has come up and if there was then it was either a prank or was a means of threatening the person, but then again, unless the letter was actually sent FROM the town Hell(which is actually a town...I believe in is in Alabama) from their from a friend....then it might also have been a prank....
The point is, never take stuff like that seriously because believing in it means that you would just be weak minded enough to take it to heart. As for the last thing that I'd tell a friend moments before they died, I'd tell them "Well have fun in the universe you jackass, don't get sucked into a black hole!" |

I get letters from hell all the time. They come from my work.
For conversation about the topics sake, this video is BS. Not because of the overacting and overreacting, but because this video, like most things religion, distorts religious beliefs, and not in the way that IT wants to. It actually makes it worse. All I even need to point out here is what "the letter from hell" was saying (overacting aside). His friend was trying to be a GOOD religious person and keep his beliefs to himself. Something alot of people need to do. Now if someone would "like to be saved" or whatever else, they only need to ask for the insight. Knowledge is power. Don't go ramming it down peoples throats. And perhaps if you take that sort of approach to things, maybe, in your respective religious beliefs, more people will "get saved" or whatever. ITT: Scare tactics. |

Religeon should be found by the person looking, if someone has to show you then you didnt make the decision. Video is stupid and has a loose understanding of Christian faith. Holding cell? What? Its St peter at the gates that tells you your fate, he casts you to hell or opens the gates to heaven. Whoever wrote this really hasnt read the bible/been to church at all in his life. Also, unless this person was a sinner and broke the mortal sins severly he would not of been cast down for simply not knowing of Jesus. Living a good life and trying to help others is what determines fate.
Btw, brimstone is the name that was given to sulfer before it was given its scientific name. So Sulfer and brimstone is just saying, sulfer and sulfer doesnt make much sense. |
