Having Problems Pasting Any Print Screens In Paint

What can I do since I can't seem to paste any print screens in to my Windows Vista's lap top computers paint program? It makes it impossible to print screen anything.

Under All Programs > Accessories there's an app called "Snipping Tool". Use that to take screenshots.
