Decent but not always very accurate. Here's the comparison with Cuba:

If Cuba were your home instead of Dominican Republic you would...

be 90.91% less likely to have HIV/AIDS
have 89.4% more chance at being employed
have 77.16% less chance of dying in infancy
have 50.2% less babies
spend 77.84% more money on health care
consume 26.21% more oil
live 3.65 years longer
make 16.87% more money
use 6.4% less electricity

All entries are based on the CIA World Factbook. So if you believe their stats, then the site is good at comparing different countries.

Interesting site.

Interesting - Canada - 35.6 % less of a class devide, USA - 9.4% less of a class divide

definitely not accurate.
hospital care without medicines and facilities- no "private hospitals" but Fidel gets all he wants;
employed, at the government Peso rate, by the government, of the government, for the government;
live a longer life in a tyrants state subject to the dictates of a maniac;
fewer Cubans without food, services, freedom;
there is no money to spend;
eat fried "food" based on the weekly allowance provided by the government according to "la lista semanal";
again, live longer in a tyrants back yard;
doubt the money benefits of living in Cuba;
enough power to move a fan at home- maybe, purchased from Panama from a Fidel owned export company.
