Traffic cams going up in Santo Domingo's streets, don't get caught with your pants down.

Note: As soon as they placed up they will be out of service because of blackouts, gov't did not pay power, poor equipment, no maintenance, lack of trained employees, lack of funding, government indifference, and theft of cable and cameras.
