Governor says ruling means 'massive tax' increase
MADISON, Wis. - Gov. Scott Walker says Wisconsin will not proceed with implementing the federal health care overhaul despite the U.S. Supreme Court upholding the central part of the federal law. Walker said Thursday he would have preferred the court strike down the law, but he is holding out hope that a new president and Republican-controlled Congress will overturn it next year. In the meantime, Walker says the state will not proceed with setting up a health care exchange as is required. Walker said the law will be a "massive tax increase on the people of Wisconsin and America." He said the decision creates uncertainty for Wisconsin businesses and that's bad for job growth. Walker has also said businesses will be bullish about adding jobs since he won a June 5 recall election. http://www.channel3000.com/news/Walk...z/-/index.html |

chad, does Wisconsin need more people? the "individual mandate" tax penalty is being enforced by the IRS. so far, they haven't let people not pay tax because they live in a certain state. if you say, "i don't have to pay this tax, i live in Wisconsin", it's not like they are going to say, "Oh, all-right, that's OK, you don't have to pay that part of the tax." on the plus side, i have read legal statements about Obamacare, where it said that you could be exempted for religious reasons (Christian Science, Amish). also, another one where it said the IRS would not pursue criminal charges against people who refused to pay the tax. |

chad, does Wisconsin need more people? ![]() it's not as good as it sounds though. we have already badgercare, which is basically free health care for your whole family if you have kids under 19. (funded by me and other people who have jobs). walker probably felt his head would explode if he had to support 2 free health care systems at the same time. |

If they don't pass it, all business in the country will move there after claiming to be an Amish Company. overall it is hard to tell how this will play out. the claim that you are exempt for reasons of religious category, OK so then we have many millions of Americans stating that they are Amish or Christian Scientist. it would then be logical for the IRS to ask for proof. however, when they do that they cross into the "freedom of religion" part of the Constitution. if they require church attendance to 'prove' that you belong in a certain exempt category, oh i could just imagine how that will play out. overall i think this is an example of the Protocols of Zion in action. (let us not forget who was Chief of Staff when Obama-care was railroaded through - Rahm Emanuel.) Obama openly credits the Chicago Jewish community for helping him win his first Senate seat. Gentiles across America are now set additionally in conflict with their government, and will be pre-occupied with that and Obama-care. forgetting about other crimes that the Jew-S government has committed. it reminds me of male "Gay Activists" in California - they are so concerned with rights related to sodomy, that they are like, "Palestine who ?" |
