You can obv use paypal to purchase stuff but to sell you must verify your personal information with a credit card. Once that's done, you can use funds in your paypal account to pay for your insertion and final value fees.

It was a question I had to ask from my sister. And she's older than you. So your post was irrelevant since I said getting a Credit Card is NOT an option and if you've nothing smart to say, you should stay out of it.

This. You CANNOT Pay for insertion fees using any type of method without confirming you are of 18 years or older by confirming some type of card (Credit or Debit) and bank account. Only way sorry.

Like many vendors I'd like to use eBay too to sell my stuff. The problem is, you need to pay for placing your ads, and I don't posses a Credit Card. Are there other ways to pay for the ad placement besides using a Credit Card?
I've 5EUR on my PayPal account, even so I can't pay.
And don't tell me to get a Credit Card, because that's no option for me, so if you've nothing smart to say, stay out of it.
