MS Outlook Problem - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

For some reason I am having a little trouble with MS Outlook. It is VERY slow and most of the time just hangs.

I have not done anything different but I finally ran disk defrag to see if that helped.

Any suggestions?

I really don't want to resintall Win XP at this point.

If you don't want to try that route.... is it possible you have tons of emails that makes it really slow? How big is your .pst file?
