Default Just a test
I'm throwing this out just to see if there is something going on with the site since nobody has posted anything new in 2 days.

Hello! Anyone out there??

I'm here. I just check in to deal with the spam. It is really sloooowwwww. Gives me more time to study, but sometimes I want to chew on something and there are no new trolls.

I've been taking a lot of time off from here. I think its a great site as you all know. But I have to think after awhile it does, for me at least, more harm than good. You get to a point where you just want to move on with your life and forget about all the sh!t. And I find it hard to get over things when I keep reading story after story of someone being cheated on. And if I'm not careful ....I'll turn into one of those bitter old guys who die alone. That's obviously something I don't want to happen.

So...I'll still check in from time to time. And I really appreciate all the advice I've gotten. But its time for me to put the pain, anger and hate behind me. Its also time to look to the future as opposed to the past.

Ya'll keep your chin up and keep driving on.
Monster, I hear you. I've often wondered the same myself. Am I just keeping myself in a miserable place for nothing? But I don't think so. This site & those on it made a huge difference for me at some of my worst times. I'm still at a point where I don't know my future regarding my CW. But I know if it wasn't for this site, I would have allowed her back into my life a lot more easily than is happening. She is having to fight for every inch of progress. And it still may not go her way.I'll fight for what is best for me.

I hope you stick around. Your hard edged approach is the kick in the a$$ that some of us need at times.
Agreed. Plus, I don't like being the only ball buster.

I certainly am one that you all well know makes appearances from time to time for a few days and the disappears for months at a time. That does not mean I am not looking. I look upon the site here at least once a week. I think many times for me just like going to an AA meeting when I really need it, it sometimes is just better for me if I look at what others have to say in response to a poster. The advice al the senior posters give for the most part is good and it would sometimes make it seem less genuine if all of us responded to a post and parroted each other. You notice alot of the other sites have that problem.

I think when I do post a reply these days its only when I think I need to or really see something that may apply to me. even decades later I still have those days when I go back and wonder how the hell it all went down like it did. I can lurk here and always remember as much as I sometimes wish I was, that my situation, nor I, am truly unique at all.

I'm still lurking, after having to move twice in the last year and starting a new job, my life has been all over the place. It's starting to calm down now, finally.

Hey guys,

Same here. I look to see if there is something that I really want to answer and don't want to parrot either. I check in regularly but it does seem a lot slower than it use to be.
I don't think there are fewer cheaters...sometimes with the crap I hear I think people look at it as normal or just a mistake that will have to be dealt with. So many are apathetic about betrayal.

Walking emotional zombies with no sense of outrage with the wrongdoing they experience. Everyone seems to have taken a huge gulp of the koolaid that says do not judge, everyone is different in how they feeeeeel about things. Or maybe they are popping too many prozac and are crippled emotionally..I don't know.. Yuk..just makes me tired. Especially for the poor little ones thrown in the middle.

Hi there... I just wanted to let everyone know about the issues we have been facing at chatcheaters.

We are in the process of moving away from our primary host at the moment although we appreciate the support through the years, we feel that we can better serve our users by upgrading our infrastructure.

This process is currently happening now and will hopefully be completed in the next day or so as our technicians are working on this as fast as possible.

Because of this you may also notice some slow load times until we get everything sorted. I assure you that we aren't going anywhere and this is going to be for the better.

The full switch is scheduled for tonight to the new servers. Some users may already be on the new site, but it may take up to 48 hours for all users to hit the new servers.

As always thank you all...

My name is Deb i am not here to bash anyone other women or not.I am here to see if I can have some hope about my situation that is hard to broach so I am trying to find a place where there might be similar situations.....so my past remains between those that love and care for me..and I can read of others who have succeeded where i tend to fail and choke.....blue skies for all from me to you.....deb

The changes that are now fully in place. These will allow us to grow in the future. The benefits are that the site will be faster and more reliable as well than ever before.

We have purchased new cloud servers to keep the site up and running all the time.

Thanks to everyone who keeps this forum going.
