Pffft, no poll is complete without "Pope Benedict" being an option.

Nah - Ben would be too old for the pope.
That doesn't stop Ben from having fantasies about being buggered by Herr Benedict.

One has to admit that she is like Ann Coulter in this regards...
very good to look at, problems only start to arise when she opens her mouth in order to speak

That's obviously just her face photoshopped onto another body.

I only wish Ogie were right regarding her status as a "political non-entity", but she, inexplicably, remains an icon of the hard-right know-nothings in this country. If she needs to be ignored then perhaps folks here and across the web need to stop posting and reposting about her. It's like a canker sore, stop scratching it.

My only criticism is she limits the blame to a select group of people when it seems obvious a large majority believe in nimby and this is why oil companies end up drilling in out of the way places
ANWAR is not a nimby situation. By and large the residents of Alaska want ANWAR drilling (if only for the profit share they get as a consequence of their state laws).

And for good reason. The industry needs to be revitalized soon or all the real expertise will be gone.
