Rise Of The New Rich
Rise Of The New Rich
The distribution of the world’s super-rich is shifting. Grainne Gilmore seeks out future global wealth hotspots and discovers it’s not all about China. Click to enlarge: http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/wp-cont...Picture-15.png London School of Economics professor Danny Quah has calculated that the world’s economic centre of gravity – the average location of economic activity by GDP – is on the move. By 2050, the steady rise of emerging economies in Asia will have pushed the theoretical centre of gravity modelled by Professor Quah from its location in 1980 in the Atlantic Ocean to somewhere between China and India by 2050. He predicts that political infl uence will follow a similar trajectory eastwards. http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/wp-cont...Picture-23.png ˜˜˜ http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/wp-cont...Picture-33.png ˜˜˜ http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/wp-cont...Picture-41.png ˜˜˜ http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/wp-cont...Picture-51.png ˜˜˜ http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/wp-cont...Picture-61.png Source: The Wealth Report 2012 A Global Perspective On Prime Property And Wealth http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/2012/07...Big+Picture%29 |
In other words, the BRICS nations are kicking ass, and our [now] socialist nations are failing...

Socialists always get shafted.
Also, I see an interesting hidden agenda on this picture. See the "economic center of gravity"? In 2012, it is right there where they want it - in Israel. Also, interestingly enough, the pluses are all over the world. Where's minuses? So they predict inflation in global money supply? |
Well, that's a relief. I'm thankful that when the super rich finally meet their maker and get overthrown by the poor masses that the battlefield won't be here in the states.. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif
