I have a friend going through this right now. There is no way to complain. There is no way you can submit a claim in court against the police. No court has "jurisdiction" for claims against the "private" security service trading as the police.

I've told him he needs to go private.

Well this isn't completely true, but for the most part the only complaint form you have against the police is a 2x4 against their heads. The amount of lies the cops tell is absolutely astronomical, if I don't see your license you're going to jail.

What they do is intimidation.

You can't make a complaint about any cop to any other cop. I doubt that you can make a complaint to a prosecutor or a judge because they will allow other cops to investigate it, and you will get the same result. This is one reason the cops are so aggressive and brutal because they know they are not accountable to anyone. Just the act of getting information on how to make a complaint is perceived as a threat to make them accountable.

I wonder how much of the public thinks the cops are protecting them. I personally do not think that, but I avoid them like the plague, and I can only speak for myself. One of the things they should teach kids in school is how to behave around cops, but they have the Officer Friendly program to brainwash the kids that the cops are their friends. With friends like that, who needs enemies. I don't believe that the aggression and brutality problem in the police is limited to a few individuals. They are all selected and trained to be that way because they are protecting the owners, not the people of the country. Now that the constitution is gone, who do we have to protect us from the police?

I'd just like to mention that MY understanding is that ONE thing that needs to happen for you to HAVE to produce an ID.

1 - Probably cause, there as to be probably cause, i.e. a crime has been committed. This is jurisdiction under the 4th amendment. So if you get pulled over for speeding, you've committed a crime, but if you're walking down the street, unless your stumbling drunk, there is no cause.

The state has to produce some recourse, a crime has been committed. These are the facts, and this is the law, the problem is these fuckers don't like facts.

If you want to piss of cops that don't like to be contested when asking for your ID, just say this. I'm numbering these in an order of the chance of Bataan beatings.

1 - What probable cause does the state have at asking for my ID?
2 - Has there been a crime where the state requires my ID?
3 - Why do you need my ID, I forgot it at your wives house?
4 - Go fuck your mother, I did, and I'm not showing you my ID

I don't see any harm in telling them my name, rank and serial number. if they ask. I also don't see any harm in carrying a 'Fee Schedule' and informing them of it before they start violating my rights. Then whatever they do, they are liable to pay for it according to my fee schedule. They offer you a contract you don't want, make them a counteroffer right back. FEE SCHEDULE: A. Ten (10) troy ounces of .999 pure gold (or its equivalent) per violation of any of my unalienable rights under any and all circumstances. Included in these rights hereby claimed are my right to make use of roads, buses, train, and air stations; the right to engage in trade and habitation peacefully. B. One (1) troy ounce of .999 pure gold (or its equivalent) per hour at a rate doubling every 24 hours for any of my time consumed in detention, imprisonment, or attempts by an employees/public officers/magistrates/judges/agents/citizens to establish jurisdiction over myself or my family or my guests without my express written consent. C. One (1) troy ounce of .999 pure gold (or its equivalent) per hour for any of my time consumed while being 1) detained by any man/woman acting under color of law; 2) stopped by any statute-enforcing officer from any legal department and/or corporation.

The law cuts both ways. If they are not held accountable by their hierarchy, they can at least be held accountable by contract law.

Did you notice in the video how one of the cops said if you make a false complaint, the cop can sue you? Well, you can bring a civil suit on the cop and make him pay according to your fee schedule. That's what it's for.

I once sent a telegram to the president asking that he look into a police abuse I categorized as falling under 15 Stat 249 (Protection of Americans in Foreign States). Congress assigned this duty to his office.

It didn't turn out well.

What do you mean by not turning out well?

The day following the telegram I was knocked unconscious, charged with criminal trespass while in the county courthouse, harassing a public official and interference with official acts. If the president did his duty he hid it awfully well.

I think the locals became irritated upon federal inquiry. Doesn't matter. When two entities conspire and a crime results both are equally at fault. Just gives me some questions that will be answered when I am next presented with NOTICE.

Palani--next time you feel like reporting the local cops to anybody, get this app for your cellphone:

http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/20...-practice?lite

Not sure if it's anonymous, it records the incident--but only if the cops are mugging somebody else.
