Not sure the "hispanics" - really there are many different kinds of brown people from Latin America - will necessarily side with the blacks. Aren't they more racist against blacks than many whites ?

While an interesting read, I think part of the point is missed by the author. The violence in Highland Park is gang related, the Latin Kings own that area AFAIK. The local black gangs are late in getting the memo it seems.
