Does anyone know if the above book, originally published in Paris, has been published in English? My wife is reading it (in Russian) and says it's a good read.

I have often heard this book referred to from the time I was in seminary. However it was always from the older Russian professors who were familiar with it from Paris or Europe. I have never seen a translation of it.
