This Pollack is really starting to piss me off and it's 7am in the morning. He had a very bad rally car accident back in February 2011 so he missed the entire season. Now he went and broke his same fucking broken leg.
Robert Kubica breaks leg once again sagar / January 23, 2012 / No Comment ![]() While Robert Kubica was eagerly awaiting his return to Formula One he has suffered a broken leg once again. Kubica who was involved in an accident t the Italian Rally held last year slipped on ice and has now fractured his leg. The BMW and Renault driver was taken to hospital where X ray reports confirmed a fracture in his right leg which was earlier broken in the Italian rally crash. It was earlier in February 2011 that Kubica met with an accident at Ronde di Andora rally where his forearm was partially severed, causing the F1 racer to miss a whole year of 2011 Formula One season. He fully recovered and had announced that he was ready to take part in the 2012 season. Following this second accident on ice, the 27 year old racer’s participation is once more in doubt as he will need an operation and a metal screw needs to be fitted in it ankle. This kind of injury takes time to heal and would therefore put a stop to his participation during the current season. |

What a bummer, I can't even imagine how bad that would suck, to have the chance to drive in F1 and to have at least 2 seasons wasted by this. It's not like a job where if you missed two years you can stay in it 40 more, there are younger drivers coming up every year who want nothing more than to take your seat. Pressure for sure.
I can't wait for the season, hopefully Vettel can threepeat! |

Its an ugly looking thing isn't. The unintended consequences of new rules. I don't think they expected what the engineers came up with. The altenative would be to have a fairly curved nose. They would look hooked nosed but it would still comply with the nose height rule. The only problem there is they also want that large flat area under the nose for aero which they wouldn't get with the hooked nose.
When are they going to 4Cyl turbos? Is that next year? |
