Not too sure what to believe in that video. RP schooled Schiff for many years but Cenk has his points too.
Cenk and Peter Schiff, a self-declared 1 percenter, go to the mat over tax rates for the rich. “Are you saying the bankers are not guilty of this at all?” Cenk asks. Schiff responds, “We don’t have the benefits of capitalism any more because we don’t have capitalism — we have a centrally planned socialist economy, and that is why the average American is getting poorer.” Cenk cuts Schiff off — though Schiff keeps talking for two minutes into the void — and Cenk says, “He wants to blame the government for the problems, but he knows it’s his banker friends who have given those donations, who buy their senators, who buy their staff members, so they can get more money. He doesn’t want you to pay attention to that, because that’s how they rob you. And he comes on here and goes, ‘Oh, no no, it’s socialism.’ Socialism, my ass! The real problem is — and he’s talked about it in the past, but he didn’t talk about it there — corporatism, where the corporations come in and rob us blind.” |

I do believe Cenk has a valid point in this case. Yes the government is bought off by the banks, but the banks are doing the buying off. It is a two way exchange. Banks are criminals (at least the large investment banks) and a lot of CONgress and the executive has been bought off by the criminals. Both need to be gone after. Schiff waxes too ideological at points.

Marxism, Capitalism, Central Banks are all 100% jewish inventions. Ultimately it is their usury which robs us blind, arguing over what name to attribute to this cancer is pointless without directly pointing straight at the jew. |

What kind of system is that without all those things? Please explain, I'm curious. I am not against corporations making profits whatsoever, don't misunderstand, but making profits at the expense of others is wrong. For example a company which discharges waste into rivers without regard for the people who would swim or fish in the river or long term consequences, sure they make money but at the expense of other people. Like Dr. Paul said recently that if you believe in property rights than you have to be an "environmentalist" because you can't have one person polluting anthers property. I would also site National Socialism as exemplified by WWII Germany as another of example of a system which was none of the things which I mentioned. The reason I didn't elaborate on this is because of the poop storm which usually follows any mention of NS. |
