As soon as I saw "John Carter", I automatically added "of Mars".
I had a bunch of the books when I was a youngster - just hope they do a good job of putting it on the screen,

In the books, they were often naked, Dejah Thoris, was one of the women especially described as being naked with magnificent breasts.
FX looks good, but the rest is may be a let down for those familiar with the books - big surprise there.
However, for that aren't familiar with the books, I think they'll enjoy it

Mark my words, this will be one of the biggest movie flops of the last ten years. It apparently cost $275m to produce, with another couple hundred million for advertising. The movie might actually be good, but I think audiences will be confused as to what the movie is even about.
