In a way by closing old threads, ppl won't "accidentally" revive old threads.

Cheers
There is no such thing as "accidentally" reviving an old thread.

Stop reviving old threads! The people to whom you are trying to give advice are long dead.

Thanks.

Old threads with valid info are more useful than threads complaining about old threads [cursing]

Hmm.. im curious that why those old threads aren't locked/closed?..

Isn't it easier that way if you don't want anyone to "revive" it?..

Cheers

Someone suggested that on another forum I visit too. There too there have recently been cases of newbies posting replies to threads that are years old.

Nothing wrong with reviving old threads. Infact I often have a laugh when they are brought back to life.[thumbup]

I'm curious as to why it's even an issue for you, who cares if people post in an old thread?
