Default Driving While Barred
An acquaintance seems to have tested this "non-crime" (it appears in no statutes) to his disadvantage. He doesn't believe in drivers licenses and has been brought to court many times. The last time was for driving a backhoe when it in fact was parked and he was in the act of shoveling snow at his mothers house.

He appears to have been sentenced to Ft Madison prison for a possible total of 8 years for this "no injury" "non-crime". In addition I am told he has never even been indicted in front of a grand jury. The cost to keep him will amount to around a quarter of a million dollars but chances are the Chinese will be willing to purchase his bonds so they can send more crap to this country.

There has to be a story here somewhere. He seems to have torqued off someone fairly high in authority. And so it goes. I just found out that he had achieved 32 degree Mason status before he started taking on the system. At several of his court appearances the judge would make some sort of statement such as "Brother, you are straying" while twisting his ring. He didn't get the message ("Masons don't stray much") so has been given a chance to reflect upon his true crime (joining the Masons) while we get to enjoy a quarter of a million dollars worth of substandard product to keep him there.

Enjoy!!!

He's a 32nd degree mason? How would you know this? If that's true, he need not be worried about a human judge.

Rambler, don't your travel in an auto without a licence?

Here mason or not, you may get a free pass for the first time without having a license. But every other time stopped and it is seen you still do not have one. You get a go to jail card and the time spent there can increase for each violation.

They are (cops) are checking everyone and running their names through the system, having id's or not. Looking for any excuse to make a charge against you. It has gotten worse this last year. They run everybody they have any contact with and do not know, checking for warrents. It is totally insane and getting worse.

And if you are not in the system and have no id in any way, do not plan on going anywhere soon ,until they figure out who you are, you will be detained.

Another acquaintance made the admission (as to Mason member). As to not being worried about a human judge I suspect you are right (for judges 31st degree or lower). Wouldn't he still have to worry about higher level "judges"?

I should state that I none of this to be actual fact (other than at this time this individual is receiving benefits from a "gray bar hotel").

Yes, I exercise my unalienable right to locomotion without the benefit of a license.

A high ranking Mason once tried to recruit me nearly 30 years ago however my spidey senses were tingling and I declined.

8 years for driving without a licence and being a 32nd degree mason! Something doesn't seem right here!

So you aren't a "driver" or a "fellow traveler".

Maybe just a guy trying to get from point A to point B.

lol

Maybe he didn't pay his lodge dues?

Or maybe they want him to earn some street cred among people like us to infiltrate the sovereign movement, as he is released a couple of years from now as a 33rd degree mason...

I was inferring that he will have to answer to Christ. Belonging to a luciferian cult is not going to go in his favor.
