Default Anyone bought from here, too good to be true?
Just wondered if anyone has bought anything from here? Site looks good and options for paypal or credit card etc so you'd be covered that way, just seems too cheap to me, cheers.

I think they sell returns and repairs. Good deals though, very tempting.

£199 for an iPhone 4 is a proper bargain!

Email-only contact us. Never trust anything like that. However they are registered on Companies' House:

Name & Registered Office:
SERVICECARE SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED
MANCHESTER ROAD
HOLLINWOOD
OLDHAM
GREATER MANCHESTER
OL9 7AA
Company No. 03024924

Still looking for them on Streetview

Meh, got bored. Oldham's a shithole anyway.

I have just purchased two of these and they have charged me £208 and not £199
I only wanted to purchase one but the website refreshed and ordered me two.
I have emailed the company and done a little searching on them only to find that the company they are saying they are part of have put a disclaimer on their site.
http://www.servicecare.co.uk
I have now emailed them again to cancel my order.
I have also spoken to my credit card company to claim the money back.
Hope this helps someone else who is a trusting as me (aka soft)

Looks like it's a scam, same site as mentioned here but a slightly different address

http://www.servicecare.co.uk/

If it looks too good to be true then it probably is! [thumbdown]

I found this website too and got so excited! Iphone4 for £199, so tempted to buy it but a bit uncertain as it does seem too good to be true has nobody bought from this site before? I'm really desperate for an iphone but can't afford to pay like £500!

I came across this forum/post whilst doing some research on the site and just wanted to make you all aware!!

If you visit the link below it will give you whois information for the domain.

http://whois.polodomains.com/domain/...nX8T_info.html

Being as they're based in china and they have a chinese customer number I wouldn't trust them as a UK company.

Secondly, http://www.servicecare.co.uk/ claims on there homepage that they are in now way affiliated with the company.

All very suspicious to me I'd definitely avoid!! [thumbup]

They seem to only accept credit cards. You should be able to do a claim if they you receive a dud/fail to send you one. It'd also be possible it'll be a fake knockoff even if you do receive one or probably stolen.

Most things that seem "too good to be true" are - it's a good rule to live by.
There are exceptions but rarely.

Could they be selling chinese fakes?

As already said, if it looks too good to be true it usually is.

1 website causes 4 people to create an account to post in this thread when apparently the OP could just have used Google as you say?!
