I know this won't be the response you were hoping for with respect to Olympic Gigs, so you'll forgive my indulgence Anna but I have to speak to the two members of your group that I know, both of whom deserve a place in the Olympics.

Craig Thompson, he must be close to 7 feet tall, bigger than Learch even. Men's Basketball?!

And what about Scotty Gamble? I heard tell of a story where Scotty laid absolute waste to the men's 800 meter.

The story was that Scotty was getting ready to play a set on a barge that had been moored somewhere mid span on the old Kelowna floating bridge.
Just before they started a thunder head which had been on it's way up the lake, circled right over top of them and a spike had just hit one of the bridge towers. A very nervous Scotty was standing on the barge, talking with the very lady who had hired them regarding the sanity of carrying on under the circumstances, when all of a sudden her hair stood straight outwards from some kind of static charge.
Scotty was instantly convinced he was talking to a human lightning rod, and he immediately sprinted for his very life up the ramp and over the bridge for cover and dry land. Some even say that Scotty over took the traffic moving in the same direction...
