Default Hello from Jake - its been a while
I noticed a 'whatever happened to..." thread. "Whatever happened to...me?", asks damagedprophet. Well, I was going to reply there but thought, hell, its been over a year since a posted, so lets give myself a thread.
If you don't know me, I used to mainly post chops in the Photoshop section plus (and I'm going to brag) was number 1 ranking in the old contests (is there a scoring system now?). Anyhow, last year my inspiration dried up and the work load tripled and I kind of stopped chopping and posting. I do still look in and see whats going on, but don't feel I have much to offer anymore (I was glad to read my photoshop comments were helpful Superfresa).
Damagedprophet - you were wanting to see that Monster Bentley with the Sbarro hubless rims. For you, here it is: (only one rabbit, very easy to spot http://premium1.uploadit.org/j...o.jpg
If anyone wants to see the rest of my chops they are here (the Mercedes A-class 4x4 has 7 rabbits, some quite hard to spot)
http://homepage.mac.com/jake100/PhotoAlbum1.html
And should anyone be interested this is my website with all the work that occupies all my damn time now (really cannot complain, I am lucky, I have an ace job) http://www.jakelunt.com/
So once again, hello to you all and all the best. Hopefully one day I may chop again.

Oh hey Jake, great to see youy back and around. Hope you can find some time to challenge Theo in the chop-comps this year.
Good luck with your job - my father does the exact same thing; he has for 27 years!

Forget the chops, that website and all of the Visual design is amazing!!!
I am an aspiring graphic designer (Just got accepted to study Bachelor of Visual Communications at Uni SA) and I find your work inspirational.

Yeah man, I love your chops, especially those spyshot-esque PS's. That 7 Series pickup still goes around, confusing the heck outta people.

Great to see you posting again, welcome back!
Your 7er support vehicle is still doing the rounds as an "Is it real?" question on so many forums, and the occasional rabbit spotting is always a bit of fun!
Damn right you have an ace job! Was on your website yesterday thinking how I would do literally anything for that. Not many people here will have an IMDb profile! Did M&C Saatchi ever get around to paying you? *roffles regarding BA situation*
Anyway, this is the first major leap in becoming a proper CSS member again!

A CSS veteran among us. great to see you again jake, it's been a while, although I can see why you've been away, amazing talent a hell of a job. Would have gone into design myself, but sadly just wasn't meant to be.
Perhaps in the future when, all is well, and extra funds roll into CSS, you could design a website for us.

cool, thanks for the response...
FerrariSheppy36 - well 3 are in one place right next to each other and two are in the trees.....
Ascariss - how are you? By the way, do you remember that piece of crap Ford Focus 'spyshot' we cooked up when I first signed up...it really fell flat on its face as everyone ripped into it.
Thanks for the props re the site - I have to tell you, the web design bit ain't me, I just draw
Moorhouse - its been a while since we spoke - yeh M&C Saatchis paid in the end and I've done about one other job for them since......Oh yes, the 7er...Autospies
the kid 89 - uploadit is playing up...I'll try and sort out a large pic soon
Axle - glad you are inspired....go for it...i trained in graphic design...wasn't for me but somehow ended up doing what I do now.
Does anyone have any idea when the Alfa Brera is on sale in the UK...'Spring' is just too vague. And more to the point, the GTA (?) version....
